Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER, PLAY, OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. MANY WILL ENTER, FEW WILL WIN.

1. TIMING & ELIGIBILITY: The Hubba Bubba Monsterrific Day Instant-Win Game and Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Promotion") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") February 15, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET June 30, 2009 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET June 30, 2009.

Restricted to children 6 to 16 years of age at time of entry who are legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States (includes the District of Columbia) and have a valid e-mail address. Kids under 13 need parental permission. Void where prohibited by law. Employees (as defined below) and the children, siblings, spouses, and legal wards of employees ("Employees") of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company ("Sponsor"), DreamWorks Animation L.L.C. ("DreamWorks"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, distributors, retailers and promotional and other vendor agencies involved in this Promotion (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not eligible. Children who reside in the same household with any Employees, whether related or not, are not eligible. Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Go to www.hubbabubba.com ("Promotion Site") at any time during the Promotion Period, and follow the rules for how to enter the Promotion. To play the Instant-Win Game, locate the code on any specially marked Max or Bubble Tape packages (Max 5/10-piece Outrageous Original and Strawberry or Watermelon Flavors, or Bubble Tape Outrageous Original or Tangy Tropical Flavors, available at participating retailers between February 15, 2009 and June 30, 2009, or while supplies last) and enter it into the code field provided on the Promotion Site. Or obtain a free code at www.hubbabubba.com. There is no limit on the number of free codes that you can request, however, you will receive only one (1) free code with each request. You will be asked to provide your e-mail address when you enter, or, if you are under the age of 13, your parent/legal guardian's e-mail address. The code is not used to determine Winners; instead, instant win prizes are randomly time-seeded throughout the Promotion Period and awarded to the person who plays on or most closely after the time the prize is randomly seeded. The time of day when you play the game during the Promotion Period (as recorded by the Web site technology) and the number of entries received will solely determine whether or not you win the prize indicated, subject to verification. If you win, you or your parent will be notified via e-mail on how to claim your prize. You or your parent must click on the link provided in the email to take you to the Online Prize Claim Form. Follow the email instructions on how to claim your Instant-Win prize. You or your parent will need to provide a mailing address (within the 50 United States or D.C.) where the prize will be shipped (if you are a First Prize winner). You should make sure any spam filters are set to allow emails using the domain customerservice@mva.hubbabubba.com to pass through to your inbox. Sponsor will not be responsible for your failure to respond because the notification email was filtered as spam. Each time you play the Instant-Win Game, you will automatically earn one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the drawing for the Grand Prize. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Instant-Win Game play per person/e-mail address per day during the Promotion Period.

a. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person/e-mail address (and void all associated entries) or entitlement to a prize if, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, it determines or suspects that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other fraudulent, deceptive or unfair playing practices (including any entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error or technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any computer equipment or software, or any combination thereof, or for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

3. GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize to be awarded in random drawing from all eligible entries received through the Promotion Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for five (5) to San Francisco, CA. Trip for Winner and four (4), guests (each a "Guest"), up to a total party of 5 (collectively, "Group"). Because the Grand Prize Winner will be considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, the prize and all components thereof will be awarded in the name of, or to, the Winner's parent(s) or legal guardian, who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of Winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and Winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Grand Prize Winner. At least one (1) parent or legal guardian must accompany the Winner on the Grand Prize trip. If a Guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian. Trip includes: (i) round-trip coach airfare for five people from major airport nearest Winner's physical place of residence as determined by Sponsor, (ii) two (2) night hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor), excluding meals, room service, or other incidentals, (iii) limousine transportation to and from airport and hotel and from hotel to various Sponsor scheduled sightseeing activities in San Francisco (iv) activities for the Group (activities to be at the discretion of the Sponsor); (v) five (5) pairs of Heely's skates and associated protective gear (make and model of skates and gear to be selected at the discretion of the Sponsor) and (vi) $1,000 spending money to be awarded to Winner only in the form of a check. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize trip and spending money is $7,305.00. Winner will also receive a single cash payment of $3,763.18 ("Tax Gross-Up Payment") in the form of a corporate check made payable to Winner, based on a 34% tax rate, which is intended to assist with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize (both the travel portion and the cash payment portion). The total ARV of Grand Prize is $11,068.18. The Tax Gross-Up Payment may not be sufficient to cover the Grand Prize winner's entire tax liability related to winning the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for the payment of taxes to the relevant taxing authorities for all federal, state, and local income taxes and any other taxes associated with the Grand Prize and the related Tax Gross-Up Payment. Actual value of prize may vary based on point of origin airfare fluctuations and hotel pricing. If Winner resides in the trip destination location, alternate travel arrangements may be made and value of prize adjusted accordingly. If actual value of travel portion of prize is less than stated, difference will not be awarded in cash, and no such claim will be honored. Grand Prize Winner and all Guests must travel together from the same airport and on the same itinerary, as well as possess all required travel documents (e.g. valid government-issued photo ID) prior to departure. Group must room in the designated hotel room(s) with at least one (1) adult per hotel room. Travel route, hotel accommodations, transportation, activities, and all elements of the prize will be arranged by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner and Guests are solely responsible for meals, souvenirs, taxes, gratuities, other ground transportation, and all other expenses not expressly specified herein. Grand Prize Winner and his/her parent/legal guardian must contact Sponsor at least eight (8) weeks prior to desired dates of travel. Grand Prize Winner and parent/legal guardian must plan trip with Sponsor and complete travel before June 30, 2010. Travel dates and arrangements are to be determined and are subject to availability and some restrictions may apply. If the Grand Prize Winner is unable to complete trip on the dates approved by the Sponsor, the Grand Prize Winner shall forfeit the prize in its entirety and an alternate Winner will be selected, time permitting. Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to add or eliminate any element of the Grand Prize Trip package. Certain conditions and restrictions apply. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize or prizes with a prize of comparable value.

a. Drawing and Winner Processing: Grand Prize will be awarded in a random drawing on or about 7/9/09, by an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters related to the Promotion are final. Potential Winner and/or parent/legal guardian will be notified on or about 7/13/09 by e-mail and will be required to respond to such e-mail notification within 5 days from the date such e-mail is sent. If any Winner notification of prize is returned as undeliverable, or if no response is received within the allotted time, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Winner will be selected. Once response is received, for entrant to become the Grand Prize Winner, the parent or legal guardian of the entrant who is chosen as the potential Grand Prize Winner must complete an affidavit of eligibility, a publicity release (where legal), a liability release, travel companion documents as described below, and the appropriate tax documents (the "Documents") on behalf of his/her child, and return the Documents (with the designation of all trip Guests) within fourteen (14) days of the receipt date of the Documents, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner chosen. If the Documents are not completed and returned within the designated timeframe, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate potential Winner will be chosen. Proof or verification of identity and qualifications may be required. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of another potential Winner, as selected based on criteria described.
b. Grand Prize Winner's Travel Companions: Grand Prize Winner's parent/legal guardian must identify all trip Guests by the return date designated for the Documents. In addition, at the same time, all Guests must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release (where legal), and liability release. Any Guest who is a minor in his/her state of residence must be accompanied on the trip by the designated Guest's parent or legal guardian, who will also be counted as a Guest and who must execute an affidavit of eligibility, a publicity release (where legal), and a mutually agreeable liability release for both him/herself and on his/her child's behalf and accompany his/her child/legal ward on the trip.
c. Publicity Release: Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize by Winner and Guest constitutes Winner's and his/her parent's and Guest's permission and consent to use their name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes in perpetuity without limitation and without additional notice, compensation or consent.

4. INSTANT-WIN PRIZES: Instant-Win Prizes are randomly time-seeded throughout the Promotion Period. The first entrant to play the Instant-Win Game on or after a prize becomes available wins the prize indicated, subject to verification.

Two hundred (200) First Prizes: Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) six-foot wall cling. (ARV of each First Prize: $50.00). (ARV of all First Prizes: $10,000.00) Odds of winning a First Prize are 1 in 58,752.

Ten thousand (10,000) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) digital wallpaper download. (ARV of each Second Prize: $.02). (ARV of all Second Prizes: $200.00) Odds of winning a Second Prize are 1 in 1,175.

Prize selection is to be determined by Sponsor. The Total ARV of all Instant-Win Prizes is $10,200.00. The Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Promotion (including Instant-Win Prizes and the Grand Prize) is $21,268.18. Limit one (1) of each Grand, First or Second prize per person per e-mail address.

a. Instant-Win Prize Notification & Claims: All Instant-Win Game Winners will be notified as described in Section 2 above. First Prizes will be shipped to the address provided within 6 to 8 weeks after completed verification is received. If any notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. Second Prizes will be e-mailed to winners. All prizes will be awarded at the end of the promotion.
b. SECOND-CHANCE DRAWING: Any First Prize Instant-Win prizes not claimed in the online game will be awarded in a drawing from all entries received during the Promotion Period. Second-Chance drawing will be held on or about 7/9/09 and Second-Chance Winners will be notified via email 6 to 8 weeks following the drawing with instructions on how to claim the prize. Odds of winning a prize in the Second Chance Drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. MISCELLANEOUS. Each Winner and/or Winner's parent or legal guardian will be solely responsible and liable for the reporting of, and payment of, all federal, state, and/or local taxes incurred as a result of any prize(s) won. Valid taxpayer ID or Social Security number may be required from Winner or parent or legal guardian when redeeming a prize. A 1099 form may be issued to any Winner or parent or legal guardian who receives prizes totaling $600 or more. Prizes cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be transferred, refunded, substituted or sold or otherwise transferred for consideration. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, notifications, or responses to notifications. All requests and entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

6. ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION: This Promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated only according to U.S. law. Do not enter this Promotion if you are not a resident of the United States and otherwise eligible. If for any reason the electronic portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion. Each entry must be manually key-stroked and manually entered by the individual participant. Repetitive automated electronic submission of entries is specifically prohibited, and any such entries will be disqualified. Entries made on the Promotion Web site will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, the potential Winner may be required to provide proof that he or she, or the Winner's parent/legal guardian, is the authorized account holder of the identified email account, and Sponsor's decision will be final. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any error that may result in an erroneous appearance of qualification of prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problem or traffic, congestion on the internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer, related to or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGE FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. BY ENTERING, entrant agrees to accept and abide by the rules of this Promotion. All decisions by Sponsor regarding this Promotion are final. By entering, entrant and parent or legal guardian acknowledge and agree that they have read, consented to and complied with, and will be bound by, these full Official Rules. By participating in the Promotion, entrant agrees to hold harmless the Released Parties from any injury, loss, or damage to person, including death or property, due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in the Promotion. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical, electronic, or other errors in the offering of this Promotion, administration of the Promotion or announcement of prizes, including such errors as may erroneously result in notification that a prize has been won. Entrants and their parents and or legal guardians further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses, injuries or death arising from or relating to this Promotion, and/or entrants' use of any prize, entrants will indemnify each of the Released Parties from any and all such claims, including the attorneys' fees related thereto.

In no event will more prizes be awarded than the number of prizes listed in these full Official Rules. If erroneous prize notifications result in claims from more entrants than there are prizes available, Sponsor reserves the right to award the available prizes in a random drawing from all claimants. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Promotion, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Promotion is undermined by any event, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or by other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor's control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the promotion without further obligation. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, elects to abbreviate the Promotion as a result of a Force Majeure event or any other event that compromises the intended play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event. All entries are the property of Sponsor and are not returnable.

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: As a condition of participating, entrant and entrant's parent/legal guardian agree that: (i) under no circumstances will entrant or parent/legal guardian be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant and parent/legal guardian hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out of pocket expenses, if any, (ii) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any compensation or credit to be provided, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (iii) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, if any, and in no event shall entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs. This Promotion shall be governed by Illinois substantive and procedural law, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflicts of laws rules or provisions (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois. By participating in this Promotion, entrant and parent/legal guardian irrevocably consent that Illinois courts shall have personal jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Promotion and that venue shall only be in the federal or state courts of Illinois. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

9. DATA COLLECTION: Information submitted hereunder will be treated in accordance with these full Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy at the Promotion Site (as may be amended from time to time); provided, that in the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Policy, the terms and conditions of these full Official Rules shall prevail.
